These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Mantap888 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://mantap888.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offerings made available thereon.

Any attempt to register by a person under the age of 21 constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations. You may not register on behalf of a third party.
4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on this or any other platform.

To access the full functionality of the Mantap888 platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and wager placement, Players are required to complete the account registration process and submit the required KYC documentation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date and notify Mantap888 of any changes promptly.

Mantap888 employs a multi-stage KYC verification process:

• Stage 1 — Identity Verification: Submission of a clear photograph of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian NRIC, Driver's Licence, or Passport).
• Stage 2 — Address Verification: Submission of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence no older than three (3) months confirming your residential address.
• Stage 3 — Liveness Check: A selfie photograph holding your identity document may be required to confirm that the account holder is the same person as the document owner.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission. Accounts with pending KYC may have restricted withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. Mantap888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where deemed necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Mantap888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Mantap888 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

By accessing and using the Mantap888 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the provisions of this Agreement. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, betting market, or promotional mechanism on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not sanctioned by Mantap888.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform for the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, data, or other Users' accounts.

Mantap888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any account suspected of breaching these provisions. Where a breach is confirmed or reasonably suspected, Mantap888 may suspend or permanently close the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

Mantap888 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is RM50 (MYR 50) unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Mantap888 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for verified accounts using supported e-wallet and DuitNow methods. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Mantap888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the Player selects a cryptocurrency payment option, in which case the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction shall apply.
• Matching Requirement: Payment methods used for withdrawal must, where technically possible, match those used for deposit. This requirement is applied as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Transaction Charges: Mantap888 does not impose transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which Mantap888 bears no responsibility.

Mantap888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion type.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and who are not subject to any active self-exclusion or account restriction.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the promotion terms. Bonus credit that is not used within the applicable period will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.

Mantap888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. The misuse of bonuses, including participation in bonus abuse schemes or arbitrage strategies, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the confiscation of bonus winnings and suspension of the Player's account.

All betting and gaming activity on the Mantap888 platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules communicated within the relevant section of the Platform:

• Wager Placement: A wager is deemed accepted once confirmed by the Platform and reflected in your account history. Pending wagers cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where expressly permitted in the applicable game rules.
• Result Determination: The outcome of all bets and games is determined by the Platform's system records and, where applicable, the official result published by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the true intended odds due to a technical error, Mantap888 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the Platform at the time of wager placement.
• Void Bets: Mantap888 reserves the right to void any bet placed under circumstances involving technical errors, data feed failures, or clearly erroneous odds that a reasonable person would have identified as incorrect.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Mantap888 does not guarantee the continued availability of any in-play market and may suspend or close markets at any time without notice.

Mantap888 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a small number of players and we take proactive steps to mitigate harm.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written consent from Mantap888.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other server or internet-connected device.
• Use any automated means to access, monitor, or extract content from the Platform.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software or systems forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's content or systems constitutes an infringement of Mantap888's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mantap888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or gambling losses incurred as a result of platform use.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or delays beyond Mantap888's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information published on the Platform.

Mantap888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the twelve-month period preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mantap888 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform.

Mantap888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or manipulation of the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal of any deposit transaction.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, Mantap888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Following investigation, funds confirmed as legitimately derived from fair play may be returned to the Player at Mantap888's discretion, less any amounts attributable to bonuses or fraudulent activity.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any qualifying balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

Mantap888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Mantap888 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Mantap888's jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by the applicable governing law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Mantap888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
